About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Recovery Unit team at Hunter Valley Private Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring patient and staff safety, and supervising and guiding nursing team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients in the Recovery Unit
  • Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Supervise and direct nursing team members to deliver patient care
  • Develop and implement education programs to support patient recovery and rehabilitation

Requirements:

  • Current Registration with AHPRA
  • Post-graduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing (or working towards)
  • Working with Children check
  • Commitment to Quality Patient Care
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
