About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team at Kiehl's, a leading luxury skincare brand. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalized skincare consultations to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Deep Pore Cleansing Facials, Clarity Correcting Facials, Rejuvenating & Firming Anti-Ageing Facials, and Express-skin boosting pressure point face massages.
- Meet and greet prospective clients in store to have skin consultations, listening to their needs, and sharing expertise and product knowledge.
- Proactively approach customers in a warm and friendly manner to provide a world-class customer experience.
- Share your knowledge of our fine skincare formulations and latest innovations with individuals, educating customers to focus on wellbeing and nurturing their skin.
Support and Development
You will receive regular training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor, and Peers. You will be set up for success with a Kiehl's Education Learning Journal with access to modules across Retail Skills, Skin Care. Following this, a full training induction will also support your success.
