Job Title: Toolroom Polisher - Precision Metal Finishing Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Toolroom Polisher to join our team at Eurocell, a leading manufacturer of uPVC products. As a Toolroom Polisher, you will be responsible for supporting our Tool Makers and Die Cleaners, ensuring all new and existing tooling on site is properly maintained and polished to a production standard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Tool Makers and Die Cleaners in maintaining tooling and equipment
- Ensure all types of extrusion tools are stripped, cleaned, and assembled ready for production
- Polish new tooling to a production standard

Requirements:

- Basic engineering background/knowledge
- Basic knowledge/experience of metal polishing
- Previous use of polishing equipment
- Knowledge and experience of extrusion/hand tools an advantage but not essential
- Good communication skills and practical thinking
- Ability to keep pace in a high-volume production environment
