Join Our Software Engineering Team as a Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our Software Engineering team at CLARION HOUSING GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our software development efforts and leading our team to deliver high-quality digital services to our customers.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a strong technical background in software engineering. You will spend approximately 70-80% of your time writing code, with the remainder focused on managing, leading agile ceremonies, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of new digital services, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical capabilities.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with other technical leads and engineering managers to drive technical excellence and innovation within the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive technical innovation and improvement within the team.
Requirements
  • Fluent in JavaScript or C# (ideally both, with competence in the other).
  • Fluent with SQL (preferably T-SQL).
  • Experienced with AWS/Azure.
