We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to fill a new role at our busy NHS GP practice in St Helens. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake a wide range of administration, reception, and prescription duties in support of the team.
  • Deal with prescription queries, reception duties, and provide support to the team.
  • Resolve issues in a timely manner and be the face of the practice when dealing with patients.
Requirements:
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • GCSE Mathematics and English (C or above).
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
Desirable Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Clear, polite telephone manner.
  • Competent in the use of Office and Outlook.
