About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lift Service and Repair Engineer to join our team at The Recruiters Room. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' lifts, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on passenger, goods, and service lifts
  • Conduct daily CRM reports on works carried out, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
  • Identify and report parts required for repairs and failures, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients
  • Provide excellent customer liaison, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Participate in a 24/7 rota, covering nights and evening weekend breakdowns on a 1 in 4 basis
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum of NVQ3 Lift Servicing qualification
  • Have excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Previous experience in servicing and repair of all types of lifts is highly desirable
  • Demonstrate strong fault-finding skills on a variety of control panels
  • Hold a valid and clean UK driving license
