The Property Manager is a key member of our team at Hillcrest Estate Management, responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of developments in and around the Bristol area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of development management, including inspections, customer communication, and relationship building.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to ensure effective management strategies are in place and reviewed regularly.
  • Effectively manage customer relationships, including responding to queries, building positive relationships with stakeholders, and reporting to clients regularly.
  • Work with customer-formed groups, such as Residents' Associations, to ensure effective management and communication.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Liaise with the Accounts department to ensure accurate financial management of developments.
  • Source, appoint, and manage competent trade persons to undertake works across the portfolio.
  • Ensure all works undertaken by contractors are of suitable quality and cost-effective.
  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and industry legislation.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in the residential property management sector.
  • Ideal qualifications include AIRPM/ATPI.
  • Proven track record in customer services with excellent communication skills and ability to communicate well with individuals at all levels.
  • Full UK driving license required.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages.
  • Previous experience of contract management.
  • Client-focused, organized, self-motivated, with ability to use own initiative and work to tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, with ability to keep perspective and make informed decisions.
