About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Advisor to join our team at Egis Group. As a Safety Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety strategies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address safety concerns.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance safety awareness and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and trends.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a safety-critical environment.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
