Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our central team in XPO Logistics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a wide range of projects, including new warehouse and transport operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project objectives.
  3. Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  4. Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating potential issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven project management experience, preferably in logistics or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana or Trello.
