Software Engineer Opportunity

Copello is partnering with a leading defence engineering business to recruit a skilled Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support or lead software developments, leveraging expertise in software engineering principles and practices.
  • Develop a deep understanding of software engineering, including software development lifecycle processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to expand expertise into new domain areas.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, crafting clear technical reports and presentations.
Desirable Skills
  • Proficiency in Java, C++, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle tools, such as DOORS and Enterprise Architect.
  • Knowledge of network protocols, databases, and software safety standards.
  • Ability to design and develop human-machine interfaces (HMIs) and integrate software systems.
