We are looking for a reliable and skilled School Custodian to join our Facilities Management team at Pinnacle Group. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our schools in Exeter, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our students, staff, and visitors.

You will perform a range of tasks, including cleaning, waste management, and minor repairs, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, life assurance, and enhanced pension scheme.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, floors, and equipment.
  • Emptying bins and recyclables, and maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.
  • Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as fixing leaks and replacing light bulbs.
  • Assisting with special events and projects, such as deep cleans and renovations.
