About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team at EASYWEBRECRUITMENT. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our youngest children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the nursery team in delivering a stimulating and engaging learning environment for children aged 6 months and up.
  • Work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the nursery provision remains at a consistently high standard.
  • Develop and implement creative and effective learning plans that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive nursery community.
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of Early Years Education and a willingness to nurture and support children in their early development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including part-time or full-time hours, to meet the needs of our nursery.
  • Enhanced DBS check and child protection screening.
