Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Coordinate the design and delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of site management teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and contractors
  • Collaborate with other project and contract managers to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:

  • CSCS Site Manager Card and SMSTS
  • BTEC, HNC or HND or degree in a building-related subject or work-based NVQs
  • High level of commercial awareness and experience in commercial and industrial sectors
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures
  • Extensive knowledge of the metalwork industry and previous experience as a Project/Contracts Manager
  • Good IT skills, including word, excel, and outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Full UK driving license (desirable)
