About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Regional Occupational Therapist to lead and support our therapy teams across the Liverpool region, delivering exceptional therapy services to adults living with complex needs.


Key Responsibilities



  • Working alongside our Regional Director of Operations to develop and implement therapy services
  • Providing advice, guidance, training, and supervision to our therapy teams
  • Focusing on clinical governance, quality assurance, and team development
  • Having a thorough understanding of occupational therapy best practice, including clinical assessment and reasoning skills

Requirements



  • BSc or MSc in occupational therapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Five years post-graduate experience in occupational therapy
