We are currently seeking a Staging Coordinator to join our team based near Heathrow. This role is integral to the delivery of the Heathrow Development Programme, responsible for managing all staging areas across the Heathrow campus used by the £4 billion capital construction programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for staging space requests, ensuring relevant stakeholders are engaged and site safety requirements are met.
  • Maintain campus mapping of all staging areas and relevant site set-up documentation.
  • Carry out site safety inspections and maintain an audit trail of complete inspections and action follow-ups.
  • Communicate effectively with Heathrow stakeholders and build wide and effective networks of contacts.
  • Manage repurposing of leftover material and promote reuse of project residue stock amongst HAL Contractors and Operations teams.
  • Work in accordance with Wilson James and Client policies, site procedures, and training provided.

Requirements:

  • Experience of integration and partnership working within the construction logistics sector.
  • Suitable technical/professional qualifications such as CLOCS Practitioner, IOSH, NVQ L6 in Site Management, SMSTS, or equivalent.
  • Driving Licence cat B.
  • Project Management experience – a qualification in PRINCE2 or APM is desirable.
