We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to join our team at voco Zeal Exeter Science Park. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team as the Manager on Duty, making decisions, and solving problems. Your role will include running night audit, health and safety checks, and dealing with all guest requests.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Front Office team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Monitor and control hotel operations, including room inventory, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
voco Zeal Exeter Science Park is a premium 4-star hotel located at the entrance of Exeter Science Park.
