Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in Sittingbourne. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the UK HR team with day-to-day operations and providing administrative support across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate and manage training requests, including compliance training and mandatory course administration.
- Organize company events and manage the ordering and processing of employee recognition awards and gifts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using our HR database.
- Administer employee benefits packages and manage absence records, including processing return-to-work documents.
- Provide recruitment administration support, including preparing and posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
- Assist in rolling out and engaging employees with company-wide initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
