This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Rental Agent at Thrifty Car and Van Rental. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary duties will include assisting customers with their rental needs, both in-person and over the phone. You will also be responsible for upselling our long-term rentals and providing outstanding service to all of our clients.
What We Offer
As a Rental Agent at Thrifty Car and Van Rental, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a dynamic team. You will also have the opportunity to earn bonus payments in addition to your basic salary.
About You
We are looking for a hardworking individual with excellent customer service and communication skills. You will need to be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and have a full-valid driving licence for a minimum of 12 months, with no more than 9 points on your DVLA check. Ideally, you will have worked in the service industry and be able to show great attention to detail.
How You Will Spend Your Day
As a Rental Agent, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone, completing tasks such as opening and closing rental agreements, and building rapport with all of our customers. You will also be responsible for preparing vehicles for rental and delivering and collecting vehicles to customers at other branches. You will take part in conducting daily fleet and vehicle checks to ensure that our vehicles are in excellent condition.
