Job Title: Cafe Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Cafe Assistant to join our team at The Immersive Cafe Co. As a key member of our Cafe Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a magical experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes are served to our guests.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty drinks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Cafe Team to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in opening and closing procedures, including restocking and stock rotation.

Working Conditions:

We are offering a zero-hour contract, with opportunities for temporary or permanent positions. Working hours will typically be between 8am-6pm, weekdays and weekends.

Rates of Pay:

Under 21: £9 per hour

21+: £11.44 per hour
