Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to a primary-aged pupil, promoting their academic, social, and emotional growth.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCo, and other professionals to develop and implement effective learning plans.
  • Foster a positive learning environment, encouraging pupils to develop essential life skills.
  • Support pupils with complex needs, requiring adaptability and creativity.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children with SEN or behavioural challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £24,500 - £29,500 per annum, depending on experience.
