About the Role:
This is a role for you if you are looking for an outcome-oriented position as part of a creative and dynamic team helping insurance clients convert business needs to solutions using your experience of the domain and expertise in technology. You will be working on delivering exceptional customer experiences and transforming business processes to adapt to changing needs in the insurance domain.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by designing solutions that meet the needs of our clients in the insurance domain.
  • Transform business processes to adapt to changing needs in the insurance domain.
  • Integrate technology landscapes to maintain and improve market leadership.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements:
  • Customer centricity – the ability to empathise with customers and create solutions designed to deliver a great customer experience.
  • Knowledge of a range of architectural skills which could include modern solution design, Target operating models, Solution Estimation and Planning or Architecture Governance (ideally in an Agile context)
  • Experience of cloud computing platforms, e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, and distributed computing environments deployed for realizing insurance specific solutions.
