This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary range of £40K - £45K per annum, plus a car allowance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining social housing assets, ensuring they meet the required standards. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of planned maintenance and voids projects. Experience in quantity surveying, construction, or a related field is essential for this challenging yet rewarding position. Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate social housing maintenance and voids projects
- Conduct site visits to assess and report on project progress
