Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our catering team as a Casual Catering Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety, and supporting our catering operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in all areas of the catering department, including food preparation, stock management, and customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the catering team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • GCSE standard or equivalent education.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar catering operation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
