About the Role
The Student Enrichment Directorate at Durham University is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Services Assistant. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our sports centre and Racecourse pavilion.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of cleaning services, including the cleaning and servicing of sports activity areas, changing rooms, toilets, offices, and common areas.
- Perform physical manual handling tasks, which may include lifting.
- Work evenings, weekends, and unsociable hours as part of a rota, with varying hours from Monday to Sunday.
