Occupational Health Administrator - Temporary Assignment

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Occupational Health Administrator to support our client's Occupational Health Department on a temporary basis.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Administration: Oversee employee administration in accordance with Occupational Health requirements.
  • OH Point of Contact: Serve as a point of contact for OH-related queries.
  • Appointment Coordination: Coordinate OH appointments, including Health Surveillance and Physiotherapy, and notify relevant parties.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate OH documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Data and Reports: Produce and prepare OH data and reports as needed.
  • Equipment Management: Manage OH equipment and supplies, replenishing as necessary.
  • Internal Records: Update internal records, including sickness and absence data.
  • Communication: Prepare OH communications, such as Health Campaigns, for the wider business.
  • Support and Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives within the OH Department.
  • Document Scanning: Scanning & uploading documents onto the internal system.

Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
