The Night Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This includes overseeing the security of the hotel, conducting regular health and safety checks, and providing operational support to all departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities...

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional levels of customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Security: Ensure the security of the hotel throughout the night, including monitoring CCTV systems and responding to any security incidents.
  • Health and Safety: Conduct regular health and safety checks to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Incident Management: Manage and respond to any incidents or accidents involving guests or team members, ensuring a prompt and effective response.
