Nutrien Ag Solutions is the retail division of Nutrien, providing full-acre solutions through our network of trusted crop consultants at more than 2,000 locations in North America, South America, and Australia.

Our team operates a world-class network of production, distribution, and ag retail facilities to efficiently serve growers' needs. We help growers achieve the highest yields with the most sustainable solutions possible.

This role offers an estimated salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

You will work closely with growers to develop and implement strategies to increase sales of proprietary products. You will also consult with growers on agricultural issues and prescribe appropriate actions to resolve issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• University degree preferred, or 5+ years agriculture experience and high school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years' experience using standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the agriculture industry, as well as the application of agricultural chemicals
• Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
