The successful candidate will have a proven track-record in leadership and a genuine passion for Music, providing and facilitating opportunities for girls to participate in the musical life of the school.

- Strategic direction of the department, both academically and from an enrichment perspective
- Developing elite musicians and continuing to lead and develop the extensive enrichment provision and performance calendar across the school year
