GSL Education is seeking a skilled and experienced Primary Teacher to join our team in Goole, East Riding of Yorkshire.
Salary: £120 - £180 per day
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated teacher who can teach across the primary curriculum, plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with SEMH requirements.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Collaborate effectively with the SENCO, Teaching Assistants, and external agencies to support student's holistic development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour management strategies.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in a primary setting.
- Proven experience and understanding of supporting pupils with SEMH need.
- Strong behaviour management skills and ability to implement effective strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Please note that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including providing an enhanced DBS on the update service or completing an application for a new check.
