Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Coulter Elite Resourcing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our HR function, providing strategic guidance and support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improvement
- Manage employee relations, including recruitment, training, and development
- Provide guidance on employment law and best practices
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives
