We offer a competitive base salary of up to £45,000 per annum, plus car allowance and a generous commission structure.

Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, and engaging with new business opportunities within the SME and Mid-Market sectors.

You will drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, demonstrating exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities within the SME and Mid-Market sectors
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our telecoms solutions to effectively articulate their value proposition to prospective clients
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new clients

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in new business acquisition within the telecoms industry
  • Strong background in selling Hosted Voice, UC, Mobile, and Connectivity solutions
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivation and a results-oriented approach with a passion for exceeding targets
