Catering Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Catering Supervisor to join our team at Strathmore College. As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and associated areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with food preparation and hygiene practices
  • Support the promotion of healthy eating and wellbeing among our students
  • Under the direction of the Chef, take responsibility for parts of the catering operation
  • Ensure the kitchen and associated areas meet operational hygiene standards
  • Comply with the Company's Assured Safe Catering Policies and Procedures

This role will involve working as a catering assistant at our Cafe in the Park. Please note that the role will include weekend working.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in preparing and cooking meals in a professional kitchen environment. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication, organisation, and attentiveness skills.
