Leader Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at an alternative provision in Gateshead.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable individuals and be able to provide support to pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs.

The successful candidate will work alongside pupils on a 1:1 basis and in a group setting, communicating effectively and providing tailored support to meet their needs.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work effectively with parents, carers, and other members of multidisciplinary teams to provide the best support for our pupils.

Leader Education offers a competitive pay rate, a refer a friend or colleague bonus scheme, and a dedicated consultant for ongoing support.
