We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated occupational therapist to fill a position in Wales. This role involves assessing, planning, and delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to individuals with various physical, mental, and developmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their functional abilities and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment outcomes.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to help individuals achieve their personal goals and improve daily living skills.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and treatment.
  • Educate and advise patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to enhance functionality and promote well-being.
  • Monitor progress, reassess needs, and adjust therapy plans as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress.
  • Stay current with best practices, new techniques, and relevant legislation in occupational therapy.

The estimated salary for this role is around £35,000 - £45,000 per year, depending on experience.
