About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Chemical Laboratory Technician to join our team at SRG. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient processing, storage, and transfer of waste.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to the operations team, including analysis and testing of incoming waste.
  • Ensure all waste is correctly labelled and documented according to company regulations.
  • Contribute to site health and safety standards by following proper procedures and wearing PPE.
  • Work closely with site operatives to ensure efficient processing, storage, and transfer of waste.
Requirements:
  • Minimum HNC in Chemistry or related field.
  • Prior experience in a waste environment, preferably with hazardous waste handling.
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
  • Good work ethic, hands-on approach, and willingness to learn.
