Job Overview:

Howells Solutions Limited is a successful and growing Social Housing contractor seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Essex.

The successful candidate will deliver a portfolio of works including Planned Maintenance, Voids, Decarbonisation, and Electrical contracts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial professional to develop their skills and expertise in social housing refurbishment programs and internal/external planned maintenance programs.

  • Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients and customers
  • Ensure timely cash flow management and process subcontractor requests for payment via application and invoice
  • Attend project and company-related meetings

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering contracts on time and within budget, strong contractual awareness, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with RICS/CIOB qualification preferred, who is familiar with Supply Chain Management and has a comprehensive understanding of the CVR process.
