**Job Description:** We are seeking a talented and experienced chef to join our team at The Odney Hotel. As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the kitchen and providing a consistently high-quality dining experience.

**Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and preparation of menus.
  • Lead the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of dishes.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and control waste.

**Requirements:** Relevant professional chef qualifications: City & Guilds diplomas in professional cookery or equivalent. A creative individual with a professional demeanor who can work under pressure and demonstrate flair and good palate with experience working in a professional kitchen environment.

**Salary Range:** £30,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on hours worked) + accommodation allowance up to £135 pcm for Live-In roles.
