The ideal candidate will work in multidisciplinary teams, utilising agile methodology to deliver prioritised business and HR strategic change activity. You'll collaborate directly with the business and/or HR sponsors, serving as the HR expert, utilising expertise available to prioritise, scope, design and deliver innovative solutions that add business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver prioritised short-term and/or long-term change effectively by utilising broad and specialist HR knowledge.
  • Engage and collaborate with sponsors to define outcomes and OKRs, explaining how the Change Hub will be working to shape, test, learn and implement designed solutions.
  • Carry out research, stakeholder engagement activity, develop user stories and collation/analysis of data to understand change requirements from both the commercial and people perspective.
  • Identify issues and form hypotheses aligned to the overarching people strategy, challenging, coaching, advising and proposing alternatives to deliver at pace.
  • Formulate implementation plans for viable solutions, ensuring necessary upskilling, planning and evaluation before handover to business/BAU.
  • Establish and nurture successful relationships across HR, utilising and engaging relevant expertise where required.
  • Identify, own and manage risks involved in various programmes and initiatives to ensure delivery as promised.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 9% employer contributed pension, 50% off home, motor and pet insurance, and additional optional health and dental insurance.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR business partnering and advising multiple senior leaders on strategic change activity, including employment legislation.
  • Strong stakeholder management, ability to lead on engagement with the business, creating strong relationships and effective dialogue to drive agreed outcomes.
  • Data fluent, able to translate data into a narrative and provide insight by using and leveraging data and reporting.
  • Able to communicate effectively to deliver advice, facilitation and challenging messages.
  • An understanding of (or willingness to learn) agile methodologies and their benefits.
