About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Bid and Proposal Writer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality proposals that clearly articulate our vision, services, and value to commissioners and funders.

You will work closely with internal teams to identify funding opportunities, develop submissions, and ensure our proposals align with national policies and local community needs. Your ability to create engaging, well-crafted proposals will be instrumental in helping us grow our impact and achieve our objectives.

In addition to your proposal writing skills, you will also possess expertise in reviewing and editing content, as well as proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. A keen eye for detail and strong project management skills are essential for success in this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with 25 days annual leave, increasing with length of service.
