The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, assisting with the budgeting process, and offering financial analysis to support key decision-makers across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports, including detailed P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, working closely with operational teams to ensure realistic and achievable financial plans.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide detailed financial analysis and commentary on variances, highlighting risks and opportunities to senior management.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and assist with decision-making to drive business performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Strong experience in financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar is advantageous).
  • Competent Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to handle large data sets.
