We are seeking highly skilled and experienced interpreters to join our team at Language Empire, a leading provider of interpreting and translation services in the UK.

As a multilingual interpreter, you will have the opportunity to work with various clients across different settings, including the NHS, local authorities, police, probation, and other public and private organizations.

Your role will involve interpreting between English and one or more foreign languages, providing accurate and efficient communication services to clients. You will be required to interpret in various modes, including face-to-face, telephone, and video conferencing.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent language skills, both written and spoken, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

In terms of qualifications, we require a degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages or any other relevant interpreting-related qualification. A Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI) or Community Interpreting is also desirable.

Salaries for this position range from £25 to £40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. As a self-employed interpreter, you will have the flexibility to choose your own working hours and schedule.
