Job Description

Loc8me is a leading student lettings company with a nationwide presence. Our mission is to provide exceptional accommodation experiences for students and landlords across the country. We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Manager to join our Asset Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure seamless property management.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Receive and allocate maintenance jobs, process invoices, and manage communications via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance and identify any issues.
  • End-of-Tenancy Procedures: Organize end-of-tenancy check-outs, deposit returns, and tenancy move-ins, including inventory management.
  • Utility Management: Oversee utility management for properties under our care.
  • Investment Advice: Provide investment advice to landlords on their current and new portfolios.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the accounts team in updating landlord, tenant, and contractor ledgers.
Essential Skills
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to provide a high-quality service to all customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to see a job through from start to finish and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in asset management, preferably within the property industry.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize workload and work to deadlines.
  • Flexibility: Flexible and adaptable in approach to work.
Requirements
  • Driving License: A valid driving license is required, and a personal car is preferred.
