Assistant Treatment Manager

Imagine being a key support to a team of talented therapists at a leading Hotel & Spa. As Assistant Treatment Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional treatments, surpassing guest expectations and maintaining the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support in managing a team of therapists, fostering motivation and inspiration.
  • Deliver first-class treatments that exceed guest expectations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct daily team meetings and one-on-one sessions to support team welfare, development, and training.
  • Manage stock control, drive revenue targets, and ensure the smooth operation of the spa with an unwavering commitment to customer service.
  • Support the apprentice program and collaborate with colleges to further develop it.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in motivating a team in a spa or hospitality setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong training and development background.
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail for stock control, management and ordering.
  • Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and high standards of service.
  • A strong passion for the beauty, spa and wellness industry, keeping up to date with industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent in beauty therapy.
  • Experience working in a luxury spa.
  • Own transport required due to remote location.
  • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends.
