Job Title: Staff Nurse RMN RNLD

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse RMN RNLD to join our team at Priory Group. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of new services and care pathways.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, service-user-focused care
  • Participate in the development of new services and care pathways
  • Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service
Requirements:
  • Registered nurse with active NMC PIN as a RMN or RNLD with 12 months post-qualifying experience
  • Relevant clinical experience
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

Our shift patterns are designed to provide a healthy work-life balance, with day shifts from 7:30am to 8pm and night shifts from 7:30pm to 8am.
