Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Battery Field Engineer to join our team at EVera Recruitment. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will play a critical part in the technical operations of our recycling processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing battery disassembly, sorting, and processing while adhering to safety and quality standards. Additionally, they will provide technical support during on-site operations, represent the company professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and managing proactive and reactive maintenance schedules for equipment
  • Identifying opportunities for system upgrades or process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and improve workflows
  • Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including equipment logs, maintenance schedules, and inventory management

To be considered for this role, you should have experience in a technical or engineering field, preferably within military, recycling, or a related area. You should also have a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems used in battery-based vehicles and equipment.

A proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently is essential, as well as knowledge of health and safety regulations and environmental compliance. Engineering qualifications (minimum Level 3) are desirable, but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
