Hospital Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Theatre Logistics Support Specialist. This role will be based in the consumables room or 'stores' room, close to the operating theatres within the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:- Distribute stock, goods, and equipment to designated areas, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruption to the department.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders to maintain adequate supplies.
- Provide excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with hospital staff, vendors, and suppliers.
- Perform general housekeeping and tidying of assigned areas, including storeroom, overflow rooms, and Recovery Storeroom.
- Empty rubbish and dispose of it in designated areas, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple queries and conflicting priorities.
