Job Title: Mechanical Shift Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Shift Engineer to join our team at TREVETT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES LTD. As a Mechanical Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance on building services equipment, as well as reactive and emergency breakdown tasks. You will also be responsible for inspections, fault finding, and diagnosis, ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance on building services equipment
* Carry out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks
* Conduct inspections, fault finding, and diagnosis
* Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed service levels
* Complete job sheets electronically on a Tablet or Smartphone
* Maintain site-based records and logbooks
* Carry out general cleaning and housekeeping to maximise life expectancy of all equipment
* Proactively work to reduce energy consumption on client sites and recommend improvements
* Work to all health, safety, compliance, and local policies and procedures

* City & Guilds Mechanical or Equivalent
