About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and energetic Bingo Caller to join our team at Mecca Bingo. As a Bingo Caller, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that our customers have a fun and exciting time at our venue.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver the main bingo product professionally and consistently, keeping it fun and engaging for our customers
* Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide a personalized experience
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless delivery of the bingo product and excellent customer service
* Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
