Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team at Clear Legal Recruitment Limited. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a mixed conveyancing caseload from initial instruction to completion, including Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases, New Build, Remortgages, and Transfer of Equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of clients and ensure timely completion of conveyancing transactions
  • Issue contracts and conduct mortgage redemptions
  • Exchange of contracts and ensure smooth transaction progression

Personal Attributes

We are looking for a professional and confident individual with excellent communication skills, who can work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will have experience in managing your own caseload of clients and enjoy developing and attracting business development opportunities.
