Floral Artisan

Estimated salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.

We are seeking a skilled and creative Floral Artisan to join our team at New Covent Garden Market. As a key member of our Contracts team, you will be responsible for designing bespoke arrangements for clients, working closely with the Contracts Manager to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and creating luxury floral arrangements for high-end clients.
• Collaborating with the Contracts Manager to develop and implement new ideas and proposals.
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers at the Flower Market to ensure efficient ordering and collection processes.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent knowledge of seasonal flowers and their care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
